The Thornhill Reds Rookie A team has advanced to the OBA Championships after finishing in 2nd place at the YSBA Playoffs with a 3-1 record. Backed by strong defence and timely hitting, the Reds defeated Barrie, Stouffville and Aurora while losing by only one run to first place Bolton. The kids have worked very hard all season and are very proud to represent Thornhill at this year’s Championship tournament in Tecumseh, Ontario. The future is bright for these young ballplayers!
