Thornhill Reds – Senior Rep AAA – 2025 Championship game

The Thornhill Reds battled all playoff weekend, but were forced to settle for runner up in the 2025 GTBL playoff tournament.

The Reds found themselves in a position to claim their fourth straight title after a couple of timely wins Saturday over East York and Kendal, but couldn’t muster any offense on Sunday, falling 2-0 to the Newmarket Hawks.

It was a gritty effort for Thornhill who battled injuries all of 2025, but seemed to perform when the pressure was on. Look for some major additions in 2026, as Thornhill will come back strong and ready to challenge for a Provincial title.
